UangMe Pay Later

Introduction

What is UangMe Paylater? UangMe PayLater is part of the UangMe Premium Account feature where users can shop for goods and services using the UangMe loan limit through merchants who have collaborated with UangMe.

How does UangMe PayLater work? UangMe will provide an installment payment facility where users can shop for goods in advance and pay later. Users must register and apply for a loan limit on UangMe in order to use the PayLater function

How do I register for UangMe PayLater?

Download & Install the UangMe app on Google Playstore

Download UangMe via Merchant’s Page

  1. On merchant’s Payment Method page, select UangMe as payment method
  2. UangMe H5 page will be displayed containing checkout details. User can login by switching to verification code login and input OTP code from SMS
  3. User will be directed to UangMe Paylater landing page. On the bottom, user can input phone number to request download link SMS
  4. SMS will be sent by UangMe that contains download link to Google Play Store to install UangMe app

Register Account

What are the requirements to apply for UangMe PayLater?

  1. Indonesian Citizen
  2. Domiciled in Indonesia
  3. Age 21-55 years old
  4. Have an eKTP
  5. Using an Indonesian phone number
  6. Have a bank account created at a bank in Indonesia
  7. Have a stable income per month

Register for UangMe Account

  1. Open UangMe App and Agree to Privacy Policy. User only need to agree to the Privacy Policy once
  2. Input Phone Number
  3. Input OTP Code from SMS and Agree to User Registration T&C
  4. Set account password.
  5. Choose platform, in this case user must choose Borrower

Premium Account

Register for UangMe Account

  1. After registration, select Apply Now/Ajukan Sekarang on Home menu
  2. User input Personal Information, and take KTP Photo
  3. Select job status. If user select No Job, proceed to No. 5
  4. Input job information
  5. Input Emergency Contact info
  6. Complete Face Recognition
  7. Initial data submission complete. For Paylater, user must do Upgrade to Premium Account
  8. Link ecommerce account as Address Proof. Then submit application
  9. Wait for review. Approximately will take around 5-10 minutes
  10. When approved, user will be notified with a pop up on the app. User will know the type of account & loan limit that being approved

User Apply for Premium Account

To use UangMe Paylater, user must be approved for Premium Account.

User can identify whether their account is Premium or not by go to Me/Akun Saya menu.

Note: User’s loan limit may be vary according to the credit score.

Purchase using UangMe

Purchase using UangMe PayLater with Premium Account

  1. Select items & do checkout on Merchant App/Website
  2. Select UangMe as payment method
  3. System will show loan simulation & login page. User login to the account previously approved for Premium Account
  4. User select desired Paylater term & Agree to Loan Agreement by checklist
  5. Confirm purchase by input SMS OTP code
  6. Payment successful
